Skill `model:` field routes the step to an older / weaker-refusal model. Review-only signal.
Fires when
- Skill `model:` field pins an older model with weaker refusal training than the session default (e.g. claude-haiku-3, claude-sonnet-3-5, claude-2, claude-instant).
- The mid-session model override can route sensitive instructions to a less-aligned model (review-only signal).
Remediation
No safe remediation: a file that triggers this rule should be rejected, not patched. Read the flagged lines in the source before deciding.
